Cozumel: Mayan Horseback Shore Tour

I have read that there is a weight limit for the Mayan Ruins Horseback shore excursion. I was wondering if this is true.

If it is true, is there anyway that a 250lb guy can be allowed to do this excursion????

Dear Wondering:
We did the Myan Ruins horseback tour a few years ago and were kind of disapointed. The ruins we were shown was a broken clay statue sitting on a rock inside a very small cave, if one could even call it a cave. The horseback ride was ok but it was a sorry excuse for a jungle. Our kids enjoyed it so I guess thats what matters. But if you are taking the tour to see Myan Ruins-forget it.
