I'll be sailing the Carnival Legend March 26-April 3. Wondering if anyone has ever used the workout gyms. How are they? Are the machines good ones? When is the best time to go? Are they open most of the day? Want to keep to my routine. Thanks.

The equipment is first class! Free wieghts, machines, treadmills, steppers, elipticals, and just about anything else you can thing of. They are open from about 6am until 8pm everyday. I usually go every morning at 9am and leave around 11am after my workout and time in the steam and sauna and whirlpool. The one on the Legend is tiered with four levels with some great views!
