Bestprice may be hard to beat but you still can get better rates if you shop around. But more importantly is there lack of service. They need to do better.

I booked a cruise through the cruise line Ltd. and I have not been please with them. I called them three times before they called me back. I got my tickets the other day and the price on them were less than what I pay the TA.I was told that the price on the tickets were not always right.Ive been on carnival four times and the price on the tickets were always the same as what I pay.Can anyone tell me something about this? I used Expedia....they have been very nice and helpful with each call, yet I do see lots of cheaper websites. Thanks. Denise

I used cruise travel network for our Hawaii, I shopped all over and they had the best price. And so far the service has been good.
Call ellen, she is who I'm dealing with 305-666-8160. They are a cruise only co. They are out of Florida.
I feel I got an outstanding deal for our cat. 11 suite for 12 days. If I remember I think you are on our exact cruise and dates right?

I know that when I make payments on our cruise to Cruise Travel Network, they specifically told me that the charge will be direct from Carnival and sure enough the past two payments on my amex have been Carnival...

Well it is over. I posted this here to thank everyone for their help. We have cancelled the booking and will not be charged a cancellation fee. We received all of our money back.
We are in the process of rebooking our cruise and have had several quotes from agencies that do NOT take a commission upfront. A lot can be said for customer service and trust in your agency. Thanks again everyone!
