Cocktail of the Day

Does anyone know if you can purchase
a Cocktail of the Day special at the beginning
of your Carnival Cruise, where you get the
daily cocktail at a discounted price?

I've also heard something about buying
the daily cocktail and getting re-fills at
a lower price.

Would appreciate anyone who can
confirm any of this. Thanks!

Jaypea, it varies. Sometimes we saw where you buy the souvenir cup for like $6.00 and then refills were cheaper. Sometimes it was just the drink (no take home glass) for $2.95. They would also have a certain drink at a certain time on special for the $2.95. Like during the horse race you could get long island ice tea for $2.95 for about an hour. Then another day during the sailaway party margaritas were had for $2.95 for 2 hours etc.

Oh yes... and we can't forget Martini hour... my personal favorite on the Carnival Triumph!! $2.95

Has anyone ever pre-purchased Drink of the Day
for the whole week on Carnival? My TA said she
did, but maybe has it confused because of all
the cruises she's been on.

I don't want to find out about any deals three days into
my cruise.

Have not heard about the pre-purchased cocktail of the day. Sorry. When you get on board go to the pursers desk and ask them so you don't have to find out 3 days later.
