Has anyone had the maid walk in on them while nude?

They always knock and wait for an answer first. Most of the 'maids' are men anyway and they call them Stewards.

lol no, but me and my friends had a awesome idea to trick them...
when they knock, dont answer the door
but when the finally come in, hall all the lights out, and be under the covers making loud sounds and they will freek out!!! oh sir i am so sorry sir!!!!!
we never got to doing it though...

Actually - this did just happen to me! The steward knocked, but we didn't hear him and I was just out of the shower!!! My husband had to stop him!

Doesn't the doors lock from BOTH sides?

Never happened to me, but my brother in law was on the Festivale when he was young and stupid. Back then the cabin doors faced each other in little hallways. Anyway, he opened the door to put his tray out in the hall and at the same time, the lady across the hall opened her door. The only problem was...you guessed it....brother in law was naked.

That never happened, but when we sailed on the NORDIC EMPRESS 2-95 we had a cabin at the bow, caught the maid and a steward on the floor in the short hall that runs port to starboard. They were having a fine cruise.

Land Cruise, Britain and Belgium

On "Back to the Floor" last year, Carnival president Bob Dickinson was learning how to be a cabin steward from Elena from Romania on the Imagination. They had a conversation something like,

Bob (after Elena taught him how to avoid walking in on a couple): "Have you ever caught anybody in a....?"
Elena: "Yes"
Bob (adjusting his tie) "OK, I'm glad I aksed"
Elena: "Yes, What can I say? This is the truth, I knocked, I said 'Hello, Hello,' and...."
Bob: "And they were....?"
Elena: "Yes"

Not the maid but the window cleaners saw a lot on two occasions!! We had got an upgrade from a 4a to a 5 something, which gave us a room with doors but no balcony. This was great news for us ( it has happened twice also) we love to hear the water so we would leave the door open if we were in the room. Now there is a metal walkway that you can step out onto it's right next to the doors, well they use these to do work. So I was in the cabin getting dressed, halfway threw I look out to the water and there is a guy in a white jumped suit looking right at me! They were washing the windows, ok that makes sense so who would of thought they would need to be washed a secound time in five days. Well they obviously did because the same thing happened a few days later!
Who cares anyway, I'll never see them again, right?
