room service on the Legend

Just wondering about room service. During non meal times if you ordered room service do they charge you for it? I know the actual room service is a free 24 hour thing but do they charge your ship card for the food? or is it really 100% free Food and all?

It is free - all the time! Except for the nominal tip to the person who delivers it.
