Default No Tulum ???

Does anyone know why Tulum is not offered in Cozumel by Carnival. We went to Tulum when we were on the Imagination years ago but now it looks like it is not offered. Thanks

I think because its a 45 min ferry ride from Coz to the mainland. When you are in Playa Del Carmen theres a Tulum tour. Hope this helps.

I am not brave enough to go on "our own" in case we miss the ship, which in this case, leaves at 3 PM. Oh well, another reason to cruise again. VBG Thanks

They offer the Tulum tour on some of the ships that go to Cozumel. Its a 8 hour long tour and your ship is probally not there long enough. We have been to Cozumel twice, they have offered it both times, but we were there until late into the night.

Jamie is correct, I've been to Coz twice and they offered the tour both times but we were in port for a long time.

We booked the Tulum tour while on board the Inspiration. We made it back to the ship by 5PM with no problem. The ferry ride was only about 25 mins from Coz. to Playa del Carmen and then about an hour bus ride to Tulum. Bring a bathing suit because there's a great beach at the Mayan ruins in Tulum. It was a great tour and well worth the time and effort.
