If anyone knows how to check if your cruise has dropped in price....please let me know. I have made my $500.00 deposit and we have four more days till we have to make our final payment. My vacation planner at Carnival said I could call her at anytime to see if the price has dropped and we could get a credit....but she isn't returning my calls.
Where and how can I view this price myself. I've been to Carnival.com and don't see anywhere to price a vacation....just where a vacation planner has to call you back.
Also, I didn't book through a travel agent.....I booked straight to Carnival. Is this going to be a problem if I'm trying to get a lower cruise fare.
I don't quite understand that once the cruise is paid for you can't get a refund if the price drops? Can anyone explain this to me?
I HIGHLY recommend calling a travel agent, and getting them to quote you a price on your cruise before final payment is due. They SHOULD be less than the cruise line to begin with... and if there's been a price drop, cheaper still.
If you get an agent that happens to quote you the same price as the cruise line, keep looking! You've found the WRONG agent!
