Default Carnival Pride Cabin Selection

Hello:

We have booked cabin 4181 on the Main Deck (Carnival Pride). Does anyone know if this is a quiet area? The cabin is above the Atrium and the Photo Gallery.

Hey we were in 4210 last week and our friends were in 4162 and they were awesome. We really liked the deck bc it was right above the dining area and a lot of stuff. I would much rather have been on deck 4 (Main, Cat 8A) as opposed to deck 5, 6, or 7. I think 4 is the second best deck for a cabin on the pride, first being deck 8 (panorama, cat 8H) being right under Lido. But as far as position, its awesome. walk to the elevator, go up to deck 9, and your right in the middle of the food!!!!!

Do the hallways on the Main deck open up to the atrium? Also, can you see the front or the back of the ship around the lifeboats?

When you exit your cabin, can you see down to the lower level or was your door facing a wall. The reason we picked cabin 4181 was because when referring to the carnival catalog it looks like there is a lot of open space. I was trying to figure out if this was a hall or open space.

Alaska,
No you cannot look down and it isn't really an open space. It is the area taken up by the funnel, pipes, tubing, vents, etc. When you exit that cabin there is a solid wall in front of you. Even the ones that show the Atrium dircetly acroos from it such as 4167 & 4169, it is a wall with small windows that look down into the lobby.

We were in 4178 on Pride...Main deck last month. No problems with noise. Very nice part of the ship and closer to everything. Enjoy!
