Default Atlantis - Nassau

We will be on the GLORY next week and when we dock in Nassau we want to go to Atlantis. Hope someone out there can answer the following for us:

1) what's the best way to get to Atlantis from the pier? cab?? ferry?? what??
and any idea of cost??

2) is there a charge to see the Aquarium at Atlantis?

Many thanks.

I prefer to take the ferry just for the view. Several locals will be selling tickets on the pier for $5-6 per person round trip. There is a short walk from the point where the ferry drops you off to the actual resort entrance. Taxis of course would drop you off right at the entrance and I believe the fares were about the same amount.

The aquarium was $25 when I visited last September. A large portion of it could be viewed from the lobby/mall level of Atlantis for free. The fee allows you access to a few more areas and the underwater walkway.

Have a great time! I hope to sail on the Glory next year. Let us know how it is.

WHen I was at the Atlantas in Jan. paid $35.00 to see the Seaquarium. Jan. is considered high season. When there in Nov. paid $25.00 considered low season. Whatever the cost I would pay it, and I am not a lover of fish, but to me it was well worth the cost.
