Does the Conquest offer the soda cards that everyone talks about? I drink a fair amount of soda, not much booze.......drinking is something I am NOT good at.......but do like the frozen ones....say one or two a day.
I have not been on the Conquest, but was just on her sister ship, the Carnival Glory, in September, so I hope that my experience there will have some relevance to the Conquest. I bought an adult soda card on the Glory and it was $29.95 plus the 15% gratuity. Very worthwhie, in my opinion.
They do sell soda cards. The first day they had a table set up by the pool, it was about $30 or so, maybe $35.... (for adults). After the first day they sell them at the bars, I think. If you drink a lot of soda its worth it! They charge almost $3 per bottle if you get a 20oz.
I've been told that Conquest is a Coca-Cola ship and I am a major Diet Pepsi addict.
I plan to take my own and pack it in my checked luggage and also am packing bottled water in my luggage. I heard that bottled water is $7.00 a bottle. I don't know if this is really true though.

We also take diet Pepsi with us on our cruises. However, we never take botled water, since water on the ship is distilled and probably better than most of the bottled water you can buy.
I have heard that if you have a water bottle just fill it up on the ship....the water is soooo purified that it is just like the $$$$$ bottles you buy.
I don't think the bottled water is that much unless you buy the huge bottle. We usually take about 12 bottles and keep them in the ice bucket... Cheaper that way, but heavy in your luggage!
