There are two late seatings on the Paradise: 8 and 8:30. The shows for the late seating usually start at 10:30. You'll see people at the show in both casual and formal clothes on formal night. So, either way.

Carnival x9: Sensation, Paradise x3, Legend, Destiny, Conquest, Pride, Holiday, PLATINUM: Dream 9/11/2010

RCL x5: Majesty of the Seas, Sovereign of the Seas, Freedom of the Seas, Liberty of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas

Celebrity x1: Century

Princess x3: Caribbean Princess x3, Dawn Princess

Also, please remember that your dining time is a request and won't be confirmed until you get onboard. If you want to make any changes go see the Matra D.

Have fun,

Most evenings the late seating people watch the shows after dinner. There may be one night where it is before dining. You will see people who have changed and people who remain in formal attire. The suggestions is that the EVENING is formal which implies that you should remain dressed until you retire for the evening. We always remain in our dinner clothing for the entire evening.

Thanks for all the suggestions. i agree that it does seem more classy to stay in formal attire...and am glad to hear that it is acceptable to do so. Brenda<><

I'd say about 25% or so change out of formal into casual and shorts. (Even higher on Carnival and Norwegian). It depends on the person and how late you are staying up.I'm usually up until 2 or 3 in the morning, so I chose to change into casual for all the after-hour activities. More comfortable that way.
