Default Weather Southern Caribbean

I've been looking at the weather forecasts for about three weeks now and each day is listed as thunderstorms ! In particular, St Thomas, Antigua, Dominica, St Lucia..We are going on the Jubliee this Saturday 10/25 and are wondering if anyone just got back from that cruise this week or has visited any of those sites in the last week. I don't entirely trust the weather channel and wanted the 'real' weather from a cruiser !
Also, does anyone know if the Kon Tiki raft tour is still available in St Thomas?
Thanks for your help !
