Hi Pam,

A room 4A only indicates that it is an inside cabin. You will need to know the deck name or number to find your location. If you know that, then all you need is the cabin number and a layout of the deck to find your cabin. You can find this information on the web. Good luck in locating it.

We have been assigned 4A for sure per our TA with Carnival, she stated this would allow us the opportunity to upgrade....I informed her that we would love an ungrade just to make sure that it is an inside cabin....my kids do not want to see the ocean from the room - not sure why - but we will deal with it...how soon should I know if we have been upgraded?? and where is the best place to be..

You probably won't find out your room number until you get to the pier. The best place to be is on the ship!!! You will not be in your room that much and if the room isn't ideal--it's what you make of it.

Have fun, enjoy your cruise
