Default 1 hole or none?

If u book a Guaranteed room, how does it work? Do u get the bottom of the barrel room or just leftover room that haven't been booked?

When you book a guarantee room in a particular category, you are guaranteed a room in that category or better. There are a LOT of opinions about this type of booking. Of the two examples you suggested, I would say it is a left over room that hasn't been booked, or a room that someone else booked and was upgraded out of.
