Please read the TOS. Placing URL's to commercial websites is considered advertising and not allowed in the message boards. If allowed we would soon have nothing but commercial vendors telling everyone what a wonderful service they do and you will have others impersonating satisfied customers. The simple solution to prevent this is not to allow commercial URL's to be published on the boards.

Thank You for the explanation. But I still am at a loss on how to book an alternative excursion w/o using carnival. Any suggestions?

do a little research on the islands that you are going to.
For example if you want to do horsebackriding put in a search for horsebackriding and the name of the island.
It depends on what you want to do.
Once you've located the tour operator all you have to do is send an email to their reservation department or send a fax. Some may require you to pay now w/credit card and some may require you to pay when you get there.

Hope this helps.

Some of these ports have government inhformation websites that we can and do allow to be posted as they are not commercial. You can find much to do by visiting these websites specific to those parts. In addition people here can e-mail you with url's of tell you they went with Fred, Charlie, etc and it worked out well for them.
