Feedback on Cruise Planners

I posted this question on the Practical Advice section, but thought I would post it here also.

Has anyone used Cruise Planners, and if so, what was your experience. I would love to use them to rebook my upcoming Carnival Miracle cruise in February '05 since they offer a much better deal than the one I received from Carnival directly (and which Carnival won't match).
