Default Carnival rights a wrong

I'm the guy with the post about Beware Carnival Air Arrangements that got left in Albany without a trip. I went to the top and got results. They stood up and did the right thing. Ask the right way and things get done. Conversation WITHOUT volume or threats works better every time.

Good for you I'm happy to hear it worked out. Out of curiosity, how did they compensate for such an experience? It seems difficult..........

Bo.. thats TERRIFIC news... but wish you'd share what they did to compensate you. It would help other cruisers, if they should face the same situation.

And that is the purpose of these message boards.

Hey Bo,
Glad it worked out. This is exactly what I said. Carnival will bend over backwards to help you and satisfy you when you approch them in a reasonable and intelligent manner. Sorry the problems happened in the first place but glad that CCL worked out something that was to your satisfaction.

Yes, I'd like to know what they did to right the wrong.
