Hello All, I just booked the 5/9 Western Caribbean on the Victory. I am not new to cruising, but this will be my first Carnival cruise. I have done some research and it sounds like they have a good product. This time I was looking for something more up beat and with more night life.
My question to you past Victory cruisers, did I pick a good ship? I got a Cat. 11 for a great price!
I LOVE the Victory. I was married on her in August... you picked a great ship!!! Any specific questions (entertainment, food, etc) you have, just ask. I'm more than happy to help. There was a group of 59 of us that sailed for our wedding and not ONE complaint.
We've been on 7 Carnival ships and you've picked one of our favorites! It's a beauitful ship! We have found Carnival to be more upbeat and offer more to do than RCI so in that regard you should be pleased. Don't look for perfection though, or you might be disappointed.
Agreed. My wife and I sailed on the Victory 2 yrs ago and it was awesome. It was my first and my wife's second, but we were both amazed--it was beautiful and we had a blast. Going on the Glory on 5/15/04....I just hope the Glory is as nice as the Victory.
It is my favorite ship.. Nothing but great memories on that ship ..... The shows were great.. food well above average........ I do not see you having anything other than a good time.. Hate to admit it but the icecream seemed to have tasted better on the Victory than the Glory hehe.. enjoy
