Belize to Ambergris Caye

Has anyone done a one day shore excursion from Belize to Ambergris Caye? If so how do you arrange this? Did you use a travel agent or book on your own? We would like to fly to Abergris Caye and snorkel if possible but not sure how to go about doing it. We will be on the Glory sailing next week...3/13/04. Thanks for your help! LT
