Anywhere from 0 to 10 pounds. We've found if we use the stairs instead of the elevator it helps cut down on the number of pounds we gain. We also try to go on a pre-cruise diet....take off about 5 pounds then don't have to worry about what we are eating.
Sometimes we are more successful than others.
anywhere from 5 pounds to losing 10 pounds. I do exercise daily on the cruise and tend to be very active. I eat often but never to stuffing myself and that also helps to get the metabolisim going and burns calories.

I usually lose weight during a cruise. About 3-5 pounds. While I tend to eat more, I also tend to "eat healthier" [more salads/raw fruit/raw vegetables]. Plus, I exercise/walk more. Am attempting to convince my HMO of the benefits of my weight-loss plan.
Stayed the same... Did eat often but not to much each time... Also did a LOT of walking on the Conquest, our cabin was located in bow of ship (2203) on the main deck...

I made a point to weigh before we left because I had heard that I would gain weight.
It's true that food is EVERYWHERE. I can't figure out why I didn't gain any but it had to be all the activity and the fact that I really wasn't in to eating much at any given meal. I tried things that I have never tried before, etc. I never stuffed myself and guess food just wasn't at the top of my list of things. I couldn't believe I didn't gain any weight and I sure never got hungry.

I didn't gain any weight either. Same as you I tried everything did the late night buffets too. I think all the walking we did was the trick. Use the stairs when you can, it helped that we were at the back of the ship and the shows were at the very front of the ship!!!

I was very pleased to not gain any weight. My hubby and I made a pact to never use the elevator and we didn't set foot in one for our whole cruise. I also went to the gym which my husband did not do, he gained about five lbs. He, however, found all the food irresistible and I really enjoyed the food but made a point of not eating too much at any one time. The meals in the dining room were on the small side but I found them the perfect size in order to not eat too much.
I just got back Saturday (Holiday) and weighed myself. I gained one pound and my wife gained about 2 pounds. If you just eat all of the courses, which are small portions, you will be fine.
I think I lost 4 pounds because I threw up the first 3 days and was afraid to eat alot after that. My friend said I must of been sea sick but I felt find and didnt feel sick at all . Also all the walking we did on our tours might of had something to do with it too.
