Default Passport question

If a woman has a passport in her maiden name, can she use it? The cruise was booked in her married name.

Does time allow to change it? If so do so.
If not, bring along your marraige certificate.

Thanks! No time to change it. We sail April 3 on the Miracle! I cannot tell you how many times I stressed to everyone ( we have a group of 52 people going) to make sure that they had the proper ID. She also did not have a birth certificate for her son, so she is having to pay extra to have it sent to her in 3 days. I hope it gets here! I will tell her to take her marriage certificate "just in case"!

We had the exact same circumstance. Just bring a copy of your marriage certificate and all will be well.

Her driver's license should be in her married name, too. Can't believe she didn't know that her son would need a certified birth certificate in order to board!
