Aft Cabins on Conquest

I am booked on the Conquest in a 8B Aft balcony. Are the balconys larger on that deck than being midship? Also, will I like being back there?

Just know that the folks in the cabins above yours, can see in your balcony.

We are booked in an 8A (aft) for 9/26/04. Cabin 6454 I think....
We may be in your basement for a week.............

We had cabin #6457 on the Conquest 3/21/04 which was an 8A. I don't know if they are any diff in size mid ship on Conquest, but we sure felt our balcony was larger than on RCCL mid ship. This was suppose to be an wake viewing aft but wires got crossed somewhere in the path. Our cabin was smack above the piano bar and we could hear every single word to every song until 2 am but no problem the music was good. Unless yours is a wake viewing aft, it did not appear to us that any of the side balconies could be seen from above cabins like Princess ships. The wake viewing were stacked that way though. We are in cabin 7448, wake viewing. I was wondering if there would be noise from below the 8A cabins. I'm hoping our balcony is larger than the side staterooms.

We had a 8B on the Conquest last September. Our Cabin was 7418. I do not recall seeing onto the balconies below us, and OMG!! I hope those above could not see onto ours!!! The balcony was large enough for 2 chairs and a little endtable between them.. Comfortable for 2 people at a time. We enjoyed early breakfast on our balcony nearly every morning. The aft room was quite nice, and it was convenient to the aft pool (2 floors up)and to the Piano and Dance bars (2 floors down). I am sure you will enjoy your cruise!!

The aft balconies are most of the time bigger than side balconies.

If you are in the extreme back.................you will love it. I have had cabins in the far back before, and loved it. But mind you, I am referring to the extreme back.
