Default Swimming Pool - Victory

I just had an odd thought...I assume the Victory has a pool (or two), but we are sailing in October and its certainly not swimming weather, so what will they do with the pool? Drain it and let it be ugly? Or do they heat it and let the brave folks who want to take a dip do so? Are there any hottubs or anything? Any reason to bring a suit?

Thanks!

~Carey

there are hot tubs some of which are open til midnight...and yes every night they drain the pools...you should bring a suit for both of those as well as for the ease of walkin around in it or laying out.

The pools are open as well as the hot tubs. When we traveld in Sep to NE/CAN there we some people using the pools-mostly kids--even though one is enclosed{they have the retractable roof} I felt it was still kinda chilly to go swiming -there were some adults as well in the pools and hottubs. Nobody was really walking around in there bathingsuits{we were in the north eastern waters} most who went swiming had robes/cover-ups they put on once they got out. If you are going on a cooler{weather}cruise you will find that they dont push the so called tropical drinks as much as in the Carib.

Enjoy

Yes, I guess I failed to mention we will be up in Eastern Canada also...Good to know they have the pools still open if no other reason to look pretty
The retractable roof is a great idea....guess this means I should start doing some sit ups and dig out the swimsuit, just in case!

Thanks

Sorry didn't know that you were going to Canada, may be a little cool. There is also a hot tub in the spa.
