What is the BEST Carnival ship fpr a nEw cruiser to go on?

Is the Truimph a good 1st cruise choice? I have been on 2 it will be my Bofrieds 1st. Tell me your thoughts and which is the best to chose?

My first cruise is April of next year on the Triumph. From the research that I've done, it sounds like an awesome ship!

The Miracle is the best ship for a newbie. The ship layout is very easy to figure out. And most of all it is a the newest Carnival ship and they have all their top-notch workers on her. I sailed her 2 weeks ago and it was AWESOME.

So should i change from the Truimph to the mirical? I want a ship in the carnival line that does not have the BIG time party harty life on it.

The week we sailed on the Miracle it definetly was not the the "party hardy" crowd. The ship is nicely decorated and has a "rich" feel to it. She is a beauty. I guess you would also have to base your decision on which itinerary you want . We chose the Miracle not for her itinerary but because she is a brand new ship. Good luck with making your decision. When are you going on the cruise? I would sail the Miracle again in a heart beat.

I am booked on the Truimph on Dec 11th of this year. Have you ever been on it?

I have not been on the Triumph or any of its "sister" ships. Only been on the "Fantasy" class and the "Spirit" class. The spirit class ship is easy to find your way around.

I see you're doing the Western itinerary. The Miracle also has a Western itinerary with 4 ports of call...Grand Caymen, Costa Maya Mexico, Cozumel, and Belize.

Yes I looked that up as ell but the cost for a Balcony room seems so much higher in cost yes I know its a new ship but I am not sure I can swing the extra cost while paying on my second cruise aswell on The expolere for next Dec as well.

Another factor in our decision to sail the Miracle was that my husband won the "Win A Free Cruise for 2" on our Fascination cruise last year. We had a choice of a 3, 4, or 5 day cruise. So how can you pass up sailing on a brand new ship and only having to pay for airfare???

On the last day of the cruise they will have "Win A Free Cruise for 2" playing Bingo, they will announce it in the Carnival Capers. It is usually right before the debarkation talk. There is only 1 winner. If there is a tie then they do a tie break.

How much does it cost to play? Any other games you can play to win anything like that?

You can buy a single card for $10 or a triple card for $20. They play only 1 game and there is only 1 winner for the "Win a cruise for 2". I think that is the only "game" where the prize is a cruise for 2.
