Room Service tipping

Room service tipping is done when food is delivered? How much are people tipping? And can you cash travelers cheques if you end getting alot of room service?

I tip according to how much was ordered - no less than a couple of bucks and much more if we ordered for several of us.

I always tip a minimum of two dollars. If you need small bills, cash your traveller's checks in the Casino.
