we have booked and have just paid our final payment for a cruise on carnival triumph in june. the agent we booked through on cruise.com told us that if we found it cheaper that she would honor it. well we just found one on their own website and now she is saying that that price is not accurate and she cannot honor that price. i just want to know if this is correct and if that means that we are stuck or is there something else that she could do for us. i don't understand how they can't honor the price listed on their website(it's been listed for at least 5 days now) i don't know if it matters but we are a large group of eight cabins and we all have booked OV guar cabins. the price we paid is now the price for a balcony so i would think that we could at least get upgraded but she said nothing about that. please help!
