Fun Pass at Galveston?

Anyone tried using the Fun Pass at Galveston? Does it have one? Is there a seperate line from the start or just when you get to the check-in counters (after winding up stairs, through metal detector, etc.) ?

Did it save you anytime? Did it get you past others from the start? About what time did you get there to start the process?

HI Suzie, we used the funpass in Feb. at Gal. The line was longer for the funpass, but went much quicker than the other one. We arrived about 11:30, and the longest wait was for my husband to ride back on the shuttle from parking. Very smooth check-in.
We are going again on Sunday, and will use the funpass line again.

Did you have to wait in line like others until after the x-ray machine? When did the line seperate for the fun pass line?

We have not sailed out of Galv. in almost 2 yrs. Sometimes the hardest, longest part was just to get in the front doors and up the stairs. We usually got there about 1:00 pm. Gonna try your earlier start time this time. Has anything changed there lately?

What ships have you done out of there? Us, Celebration and RCI Rhaposdy of Seas. Elation July 18th. Hubby's B-Day. Not much else left to do. Hope they get more ships and routes. We only live 3 hr drive away and so easier and cheaper not to have to fly.
