I suppose no one will really be able to answer this question, since no 2 cruises are the same, but I have always heard that Carnival is definetly the choice for younger cruisers as the atmosphere is more laid back and fun than other lines, but what can I expect as far as age ranges. My friend is in her late 20's and I am in my early 20's.....I was just talking to someone today about cruises and she scared me a bit by saying we are going to be the youngest people there (not counting the children) simply b/c many people our age cant afford going on a 7 night cruise.
What has everyone noticed as far as age ranges on ships? Are we going to be all alone in this age bracket?? We are doing a New England cruise that leaves out of NYC.

I would think that you would find the younger people (20's) on cruises to Mexico and the Carribbean. It will be interesting to see what kind of folks you end up with on your cruise since its to a less common destination.
