TEXAS Outlaws:
I was beginning to think you were my IN-laws, until you said you were sailing in June...*L*...They are from Texas, and we're all sailing on the Elation in August.

The cruise director on The Elation is Larry Garlutzo. He is alot better than the one the had on this ship 7 months ago(Simon Pendergrast) You will have a great time. We just got back and loved Belize. Do a ship sponsored excursion to insure you get back in time!

Horshshoe Caye Snorkle.....It is a new ship sponsored excursion that takes you directly from the ship on a 2 story party boat to the barrier reef where you will make 2 different stops. You will see dolphins along the way, you will swim w/ the stingrays and the sharks and see some great fish while snorkeling around the reefs. Free rum punch, beer , sodas, and bottled water are supplied the entire time. I can not reccommend this excursion enough. It is awesome. Book early when you get on the ship because it will sell out.

Tex-
Would this excursion be appropriate for my kids? (8 & 9) They are great snorklers.

Yes, there were younger kids on this excursion. They all seemed to have a blast. I will say that there are some strong currents when you get away from the boat while snorkeling, but if they are good swimmers then they should have no problem. It was windy the day we were there. Again, if you can get this excursion booked I would definately go for it. You will not be disappointed!
