Veranda deck

Anyone have experience on the Veranda deck? We booked here due to the small number of cabins on this deck (thought it might be quieter) How's the ship's movement up there and I understand the balcony cabins may have views obstructed by the lifeboats. Any info??

OK. Here's the scoop:
The last cat. 11 balcony on verandah deck on each side has a catwalk in front of it. Next to that at the same level (about eye level from the balcony from what I can see) is the front of the open rescue boat. Not much to worry about.
The middle ones i've heard are better, but the forward ones you can be seen from the observation deck above the bridge wings.

We were on the Verandah balcony deck in April on the Victory and it was wonderful.

got back yesterday- was on veranda deck- movement wasnt that bad- we were towards the front of the boat- but having a balcony was a smart move and def. worth the money
