a few months ago carnival did a whole revamping of their site. there were and are some glitches going on there. others have posted also of having problems with the fun pass page. i have not tried it yet so i cant say for sure if i am able too or not. some of us had to work and struggle to get to that point and be able to use the site. keep trying and if you still cant get on i would call carnival and ask them to help you. good luck.
We did ours via their website over one month ago and when the docs arrived the "fun pass"was confirmed by Carnival. When you log into the Carnival web site and after posting your booking number the "fun pass" info: should be right there.
We're driving to port (N.O.) and haven't made any other transportation plans, so I just left "none" on the transportation page. It wouldn't let me finish & print until I clicked the box indicating that we would have a personal vehicle parked at the pier. After that, it worked fine.
