Default Carnival Website Problems

Hi Everyone!

I'm sure I saw something about just this topic not too long ago.....

I am trying to do two things in the MyProfile area.....

1) I am trying to input my past guest number, and I keep getting an error message saying that this number already belongs to a user.

2) I already have a booking listed in the MyReservations area, but when I try to add the second one, it gives me the error message that my booking number is not recognized.

Has anybody had these same problems recently?

I can't input my past guest number either. I get the same message . E-mailed carnival weeks ago but have not recieved a response.

I called them about past member stuff- i.e. magazine we are supposed to receive - they said they are way behind and should be all up to date by July. TTFN Jennifer

I had the same problem, got the same answer that Jennifer did, but I also had them check and see if my number was on the booking and is it, so I am not going to worry about that. My problem is getting the FunPass to print.

Don't get too excited about getting a past guest number. I call every month (I sailed in January) and every month get the "it will be all fixed in one month" routine. Have heard the same thing for the past 4 months. The "fix" is always a month away.....

Dorothy, I am not aware that any of us who posted so far were "excited about getting a past guest number" - It seems we have all had ours for a while (mine for about 9 yrs), I do, however, enjoy the perks that come with having one (discounts, past guest party, etc) and seeing the cruise listed in my CCL profile.

I guess I am just wondering who you thought was getting excited? I don't really understand your post...please explain.

Thanks for all of your responses. UConn1, I am having the same problem with the printing of the Fun Pass - forgot all about that one!

If I should receive a (satisfactory) response from Carnival about any of this, I will be sure to let all of you know.
