I had the same problem, got the same answer that Jennifer did, but I also had them check and see if my number was on the booking and is it, so I am not going to worry about that. My problem is getting the FunPass to print.
Don't get too excited about getting a past guest number. I call every month (I sailed in January) and every month get the "it will be all fixed in one month" routine. Have heard the same thing for the past 4 months. The "fix" is always a month away.....

Dorothy, I am not aware that any of us who posted so far were "excited about getting a past guest number" - It seems we have all had ours for a while (mine for about 9 yrs), I do, however, enjoy the perks that come with having one (discounts, past guest party, etc) and seeing the cruise listed in my CCL profile.
I guess I am just wondering who you thought was getting excited? I don't really understand your post...please explain.
