Destiny Bump in night??? Oct/2002

I was just checking out pictures in the gallery here, and there is a post from joe Kelly about the "Bump in the night" cruise (October 2002)- and it shows a photo of clean-up as things were knocked over?
What Happened?????
Anyone know?
Not too concerned, just curious.

But I found a reference concerning the Destiny.

June 6 - While the ship was enroute from St. Thomas to Domincia there was some sort of propulsion problem that delayed the ship by 3.5 hours. Also, while docked in St. Thomas there was a fire in a Trash Incinerator that delayed passengers from boarding for 45 minutes.

Now you have the year wrong.......are you a reporter ? . . . . .:-)

This might be it, a post on 10/31/02 is about the ship making a sharp turn when it was reported that there was a man overboard. People and things were thrown around the ship. The date for that cruise was 10/20/02.

Yes, I still remember that cruise.
One of the best cruises I've ever taken.
