Default cabin# on Triumph

we booked a gty balcony, and using the Kelly method we're in 8398 on the verandah deck. Does anyone know if it's an obstructed view? It's towards the back of the ship.

Jean, that shouldn't be an obstructed view, the Carnival book doesn't mention that it is an obstructed view. Try www.stateroom.com they might have info on what cabins are obstructed view. Paul

No, none of the balcony cabins, on the Triumph, have an obstructed view. My boyfriend and I booked a balcony gty on our cruise, in Sept., and when we booked it, I specifically asked the Carnival agent if any of the balcony cabins have an obstructed view. He said "The only obstructed views are some of the oceanview cabins." Even at that, they are not truly obstructed. I guess there is a walkway between the window and the ocean. Hope this helps and have a great cruise.
