Default Carnival Inspiration

I will be cruising on the Inspiration in Feb 2005 with 2 other adults.

Does anyone know where the 3rd bed is located...I've seen pictures of the staterooms but all only have 2 beds and the pictures do not show where the 3rd bed comes from.

Also, this will be my first cruise this time of the year. We are porting at the Cayman Islands and Cozumel. Will the temperatures still be warm and with plenty of sun? I'm really looking forward to getting a tan in the winter....I hope.

I have been on the Inspiration twice. The third bed, and possibly the fourth, will be upper bunk beds. They are recessed into the wall and then at night, the steward will lower them from the wall and see that they are made up. In the morning, he will push them up back into the wall. No problems. The weather in Feb., if I recall correctly, should be warm enough to swim and get a tan. Enjoy your cruise.

I cruised Inspiration last week. You will LOVE it! The people next to us had 3 people in their cabin, and just like Denny said, it is actually in the wall. It opens out like a bunkbead. I know you'll have a wonderful cruise...Happy cruising.

the previous posters neglected to mention that not all of them are bunks. The fold out beds are in rooms with 'uppers' but rollaway beds are used in other cabins. They are very low down but are extremey comfortable in my experience. If your steward arranges them well it will not impact your liveable space much at all.

We're from the NE and love to cruise in Feb. We did the same itinerary from Tampa on Sensation in Feb. 2003. Both ports were lows about 70 and highs in mid 80's. You may find it a little cool first night out of Tampa on deck. But, it actually made the warm tropical sunrise more dranatic in the morning. We enjoyed it so much, the girlfriend re-booked Sensation for next month. You'll have a great time.

Our 3 children were together in a room and they had a rollaway.
