Anyone know why the Miracle has been docked in Baltimore for the last 2 days. It hasnt moved. Its not sitting at the cruise ship terminal either which leads me to believe there is something wrong. The first cruise from baltimore i believe isnt until 9/1...another 2 days from now. I haved worked for carnival in the past and they never let there ships sit because (A) they are losing money by having a ship sit and (B) for security reasons.
Anyone heard anything????????????????????

Just guessing, could be doing TA tours and promotional stuff until Wednesday. Does the schedule show they had a cruise booked? The ship was in NY until Saturday wasn't it?

it's in wetdock. they're doing some work on it. my girlfriend dances on the miracle and she said they get the week off due to it being in wetdock.

The ship would not just sit there out of service for 4 days for TA tours. Too expensive! It must be an mechanical problem...I'm guessing!!

I hope nothings wrong, I leave on 9/5 for the Bahamas

The Miracle experienced a slight oil leak in the propulsion system. This was about a month or so ago. It had a temporary fix while at sea. I think they were awaiting parts from the ship builder. It was nothing major. She should be sailing at the end of the week. We will be going on her in Dec.

The Carnival cruise line cancelled the 8/28 sailing of the Miracle due to minor repairs . She will be sailing on her next shceduled sailing.
