Pre-Cruise Hotel recommendation - Port Canaveral?

My husband and I are planning on cruising this February with Carnaval out of Port Canaveral. We're from Minnesota so we're planning this year to fly down a day early & stay a hotel the night before -- hopefully to avoid being stuck in MN because of snow storm. I've been on 5 other cruises & have never flown out the day before and I've been lucky. We thought that this year we'd try something new. If there's anyone out there who can give us suggestions on a hotel to stay at that provides shuttle service from airport and to the port, that would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend the Radisson. They have shuttle service to the pier the day of the cruise.
