Booking Number Issues

WOOOHOOO got the docs yesterday, but the Booking number on my documents do not match the ones my TA gave me a few weeks ago. The ones on my documents cannot be found on the Carnival site, but I can pull everything up with the one my TA gave me. I requested it from my TA because of sending gifts...etc. to the room. Any ideas. I think it was done on a group booking because there is 8 of us going in 2 cabins. Think this may be it?

Hey - we just got our docs for the same cruise, also a group. Here's what I found:

On the cover of the docs, where it says Booking No. - this is the GROUP booking number.

Inside the docs, on the Funpass page - this is where your INDIVIDUAL booking number appears.

If you enter your group number in the online funpass area, or whatever, it won't recognize it. Use your individual number.

lori is correct. my TA told me that the group booking # is not acessible on the website, but the individual booking # is. that's the way mine is. hope you have a wonderful cruise and NO HURRICANES!

I was having a hard time with my booking number as well until I (duh) realized that the 'O' in my booking number was actually a zero. So that little brain fart solved my problems, hope you figure it out!
