Ever been bumped?

Has anyone ever been bumped from one booked cabin to another - I mean an actual booking - not a guarantee. We are in the process of booking now and the cabin we chose can hold 4 people - two on the beds, one on fold out couch and one upper. We are two. Has anyone ever been moved by Carnival? The position of the room is important to me due to motion issues. Any thoughts or recommendations? Thanks Jennifer

you could get upgraded, but if you want a particular cabin, and you book that particular cabin, just put in a request that you do not want to be upgraded, and if you do get upgraded you don't have to take the upgrade, they can't force you to take the upgrade.

You can be bumped if you have a handicap wheelchair accessible cabin and a handicapped cruiser needs it.

Thanks for the info - I would gladly swap rooms for a handicapped person but wouldn't want to be moved otherwise. ttfn Jennifer

If you book a quad cabin but only have two people in it they can bump you if a family of four needs that cabin. Why don't you choose a cabin that only holds two people then you know you won't be moved.
