Default Reluctant 1st time cruiser review up!

If any of you remember, my dh was a veeeeery reluctant 1st time cruiser. He went on the Glory and has posted a review.

If you have a reluctant spouse, let them read his review - you'll like how it turned out! It's on the Carnival board, Glory Sept 11th cruise - his name is Michael.

dorothy (who is happily planning the NEXT cruise with her dh!)

Dorothy,
I liked your husband's review. I can relate to alot of things he touched on. LoL , I specially liked the toilet paper holder position. Good job !
I'm glad he had a good cruise and a good time. I know that you where really concerned about that before you left.
I guess thats why I like a balcony so much, its peaceful, private, and the sound of the ocean, is so relaxing. Least, but not last, you always have your lounge chair. lol !
Take him on a Princess or RCL cruise if you can. I think he'll like them too.

Happy cruising;
david

You got your Double Dee - looks great.

Thanks DAvid. Both RCL and Princess are on the sailing agenda, but he wants to do one more Carnival cruise first and who am I to argue?

Dorothy - just read Michaels review - he did a good job. My dh is left handed too - but he is ambidexterous in the bathroom - he had no problems and he uses a lot of toilet paper. Too much info? lol. Looks like you have started something now - you won't be able to keep him home - how awful lol. TTFN Jennifer

Yeah it's breaking my heart, Jennifer - "Oh my, there he goes talking about cruising again...whatever will I do?"

You know I don't think of you as just Jennifer, I think of you as Ta-ta Jennifer.....good to see you active on the boards again!

Hey Dorothy - we were down in Laughlin, Nevada - doing our bit to help out the U.S. economy with our poor Canadian dollars. I did manage to get a great outfit for our upcoming Pride cruise though. I have never actually worn lime green but it looks pretty sharp - even for this old gal lol. I love Dress Barn. We don't have them up here. Everything in the stores is designed for size 2 to 4 these days - and all those belly-showing styles are the pits - especially when you have as much belly as I do :o). It was actually me that was reluctant to go on our first cruise - I was worried about getting seasick - but the patch was great - and I get motion sickness on a watrerbed! He doesn't talk about cruising much - just asks where and when we are going and hands me the good old Amex Card - what a guy - I think I'll keep him. I fell in love with him even before he had money lol. Talk to you soon - ttfn Jennifer
