My family sailed on our first cruise in September with Carnival. Needless to say with all the hurricanes brewing we had a lot of disappointments, but realized these were under no one's control. However, we had several disappointments that were under Carnival's control. I've written a letter to Carnival stating my concerns and have asked for credits for a future cruise with Carnival to try for the "vacation of a lifetime" again. Has anyone ever done this and if so did you get any results and what were they?
agrant , We cruise Carnival Triumph in Dec.2001. We did not have a room steward, the other stewards filled in they told me that My steward had gone on vacation, so it was late in the evening when some one had time to clean my room and my amenities was given to us after 3 days on the ship and the list goes on. Anyway my TA wrote them a letter and my hubby and I got only 10% discount on my next cruise. They had a time limit on the cupond. But all the bad service we got we love that ship!!
