Will be sailing on the Conquest during football season. Is there a place to watch MNF on the ship? Is there a sports bar?

I think most ships have sports bars but they dont always get reception. Unfortunatly

There is a sports bar on the Conquest. It is wedged between the atrium and the casino on the port side of deck 5. They will try to get the game, but there is no guarantee they will be able to due to the problem of satelites.

IF the game is carried on ESPN International then you should be able to get the game on the tv in your cabin or in the sports bar....but be aware that reception is not the greatest and expect momentary blackouts, frozen screens, etc.

The first NFL regular season game started when we sailed and my dh was very disappointed that it wasn't even *shown*. Coverage is varied - sometimes you get it - sometimes not...

When we were on the Glory two weeks ago there was a party
in the White Heat for Monday night football. The room has tv screens on
all the walls. Great place to watch football.

Gauguin's is the sports bar on the Conquest. On Monday 10/11, we watched Monday Night Football there.

Just last year the T.V. reception was limited on all the Carnival ships I'd been on, but I was pleasantly surprised to see all network channels, ABC, CBS, NBC available now. Since MNF is on ABC you should be able to watch the game.
