Category 9A vs Category 8 - difference?

My husband and I are planning our annual cruise and want to try the Carnival Valor. I found rates for a category 8 balcony and a category 9 "deluxe balcony. Is there a big difference in the rooms?

Thanks

Ya I think so. 9A is like 1 room and half another put together but they feel a bit bigger then that. They have some plus features that suites have and balcony cabiins dont. Curtains chair and bed spread are the same as in the suites. They have a bigger balcony. The only bad thing I see in them is the bathroom should be a bit bigger but its the same as the rest of the staterooms. And if you are going on the Valor they are the most sought after cabins onboard. Even bigger balcony then suites plus a great view. Just like the Spirit class. Wraparoung suites are on the corners just like 9A on valor but on spirit class they are cat 11 and are hugh with HUGH balconys but are very sought after. So if you want to book 9A on Valor. Like the brouchure says.
BOOK EARLY.
