We are sailing with a family of 4. Has anyone ever sailed with this many people in a cabin. We are on Conquest and have an oceanview with twin/king and covertable sofa with upper. Is this enough room?? Should we get an adjoining cabin and pay full fare for both kids??
We've put our four kids (9, 11, 14 & 18 at the time) in one room and it is doable, but tight. Their room had two uppers and two lowers. You will need to schedule bathroom times as that is one disadvantage to having 4 to a room. If you plan on spending very little time in your room I wouldn't worry about it.

We share a standard OV cabin w kids. This year they will be 15 & 12. Scheduling bathroom times are correct. I usually get ready for dinner first and go have a drink while the rest of them get ready.
Kids normally finish before DW, they meet me and have their virgin froo froo drink of day.
It works fine for us.
We fit our two teen daughters as well as my hubby and me in a room with an upper a convertable sofa and the queen bed without any problems!!! Dont waste the extra money use it on your excursions you are only sleeping in there and getting changed!!!!

This is a great forum for answers and information. Thanks to everyone for their input. My wife and I have been on 3 cruises but this is the first with the kids. 2 girls 11 and 13. They should have fun, hopefully?
They will have tons of fun our girls were 12 and 14 and they both went to camp carnival for a couple days met some other kids then just hung out with them the rest of the trip, there is plenty for them to do

the only issue that we had was with the sofa bed. Son has very long legs and was hanging off the sofa bed, he found that the upper berth was longer and much more to his liking. Just a thought to keep in the back of you mind. Scheduling bathroom times and storage space are the top concerns. Have a blast, your kids will love cruising.
