these last 4 weeks are going to seem like forever , my wife and I are going on our 2nd carnival cruise this one is the fantasy on jan 2 . I am starting to think we are going to be the only ones on the ship. we will certainly be well taken care of if thats the case. come on, who's going with us?
we dont bite !! I guess it will not be hard to get a spot in the hot tubs.lol does anyone know if the fantasy has a slide into one of the pools like some of the other ships? I seem to forget I am an adult when we cruise. well counting the hours is anyone counting with us?
we would love to hear from you!!!!!
We were on the Fantasy this past April--yes there is a slide! Don't worry, no one on this board was responding to my roll call post either--but there still managed to be 2000 people aboard! Apparently this board isn't as well used as we'd like to think! Have a good trip-the Fantasy is great.
I am going on the Fantasy 1/31/05, so I expect you (and the others) to tell all. Some people have posted great pictures taken on this beautiful ship. One comment that is negative is there are some obstructed views in the main show theater. I like the fact that it was previously a smoke-free ship and now smoking is limited to the casino and one deck. Bon Voyage!
thanks mncruiser I if mn stands for what I think it does it must be starting to get cold up there. I was in grand forks nd when I was in the service and I found out I never really did know what cold was. If your not from Minnesota forget everything I just said.
BobG AND jerryb we will give you all the details when we get back. well? NOT ALL OF THE DETAILS. The main thing jerry is to forget about everything back home and enjoy. after last januarys trip we will be doing this once a year for life.
take care all!
See my photos in the photo gallery (under Cheryl). We just came back from the Fantasy on Dec 16. Had a great time. We were even upgraded to a penthouse suite with a balcony. The shows are great. The casino was alot of fun. The food is heavenly, especially the chocolate desserts and lobster tail. Everyone was polite and did what ever they could to spoil us. have a great time. I know you will. Happy New Year.
I am from MN and we've had a wild Dec---bitter below zero temps last week, and tonight was 45 degrees! No snow though--which is fine by me, as long as it doesn't wait to come on Feb 25 when we're heading for the Sensation!
