In Galveston the Skippers Club had a sign directing you to a smaller room to the side (4 people in one group were in line as opposed to a line of about 300 people). Once the agent had checked us in and gotten us our S&S cards she led us to the "picture" area. I would estimate the whole process from desk to boarding was approximately 15 minutes. Very easy , stress free!!
When we arrived at the terminal in Glaveston, we contacted the first representitive we saw and ask about the Skippers Club. She took us to a security checkpoint that wasn't being used and then escorted us to the check in room. There was no line and we were finished in about 2 minutes!! She then walked us to the waiting area since they weren't boarding any passengers yet. We were the first on the ship after the wedding party!!! It was great.
Disembarking........Skippers Club had no perks
Have fun enjoy your suite. We were sooooooo spoiled!!
P.S. If the closet door swings open and shut with the ships movement...put a life jacket on the floor in the opening. it fits there great

That sounds about like what we had AKcruiser, if I remember correctly we had U97, its a Cat 12.
We had a great time in Cozumel, we got back to the ship a little early and watched those that had partaken to much try to get back on board without falling over.
