Have fun!!! but I am sad. I cant go until 3/21/2004, will be on ship with 10,000 other kids and thats after I go to court to get stupid letter to travel with DD.
I dont know how I will get till 03/21/2005 with out vacation, every day feels like I would like to throttle someone because so burned out.
Tia.....sorry , guess the back rub hit a sensative spot....haha
Was merely suggesting that you relax and enjoy your cruise.............a good attitude is all that is needed for a great cruise.
I am just burned out, I am so looking forward to my cruise, 2nd one in 19 yrs,
79 days to go. I can see you are looking forward to yours, have a safe and fun trip.
Hi MPDavis. Hope you have a wonderful cruise on the 14th.........Have you made any
shore excursion plans ? Would be great to hear your impression of your cruise.
Kent
p.s........please do not eat all the lobsters or drinki all the adult beverages.......lol
The only shore excursion we have is golf in Ensenda. I am not a golfer, so I hope to drive the cart for my husband and our friends, if the price is right (was advised that it might be $40 to ride to the course and then ride in the cart while they golf). I just want to hang out with them while they golf and enjoy the day. If I don't go golfing, not sure what I will do. Not excited about hanging out by myself, but also not keen on going ashore by myself. Do you have any shore excursions planned?
As far a drinks go, you should probably bring your own to ensure you plenty on your trip, after ours. I understand the drink of the day is very good. Looking forward to trying that each day. Also, with us having a balcony, looking forward to sitting back, relaxing with a drink in my hand, and watching the day go by.
I don't golf either..........have been to Ensenada before. I like to go to the La Bufadora.......which is a blow hole . There is a great flea market near La Bufadora
You get a bus off the ship ($3.00)and take it to town (not a ship tour).............they take you to a tour site to catch a bus ($12) to La Bufadora.........about a 45 min drive........they stop at a restaurant (lunch is included in the price) on the way back and also give you about an hour and a half to shop in down town........and then take you back to the ship..........the prices are very good at La Bufadora.....
We are on the 2/14 sailing on the Paradise. Thanks for the info on La Bufadora. I have read about it but not sure if it is really worth the time to go there. Will need to shop for things for the kids and relatives taking care of them. Ensenada should be a great place to do that.
I'm sure there will be some parties on board. we are going on the 7th of Feb, so I guess there are folks that sail on this ship. the sad part is we just misssed being able to book excursions on line. If that is the only bad thing, we are going to have fun. The DW is now on crutches and we hope she will be able to use a cane in Feb to make life easier on board.
Enjoy and party on!!
P.S. Tia hope your trouble gets taken care of real soon so life will get better for you
Kent & Other Respondents to Paradise Roll Call 2/28
Just booked today because a friend of mine said that there will be 600 guests aboard that belong to some sort of hairdresser association.... I figured that would provide an ample number of single women between 20-50 that know how to have a good time, or don't know how but want to. With a trip like this, who needs shore excursions?
Hi Kent,
Finally I found somebody from Carnival Paradise. I took me sometime to find somebody i can talk and ask questions. Would you please help me to find one person that I saw of Carnival Ship couple of weeks ago. Is there any way you can help me? you probably know some crew members? I would really like to get in touch with that persone maybe one day. Maybe it's hopeless, but who knows.......Please let me know if you would be willing to help.
I'll be here, on this website, waiting.........
Thank you
Angel
OK....Angel...........you fell in love with a crew member.........what is his name and where does he work on the ship........will try to deliver a message for you.......haha.
Hello Kent,
That is the problem, I don't know anything about him just a picture in my head. Tall, Handsome, he was a seles person at the gift shop. I just had chance to stop by the shop 2 times and coudn't take my eyes off him, no chance to talk and plus I am so shy, would never speak first, you know?...................I don't think he would notice me anyways...........I just want to know his name or something more about him.
Do you know anybody from gift shops?
Thank you for responding to my message
Angel
