Default Spa treatments/hair

I need info on the Carnival salon. How much is it for them to put your hair up all fancy for formal night? Does it take 3 hours??

I went to have my hair done in an updo for my cruise on the Fantasy. They couldn't do it because the girl thought the back was too short. (it's not that short) Anyway, they washed my hair, massaged my scalp (this was heavenly) and blow dried my hair into a nice style. This was $45.00 and I think it took about 35 minutes. I did tip her $15.00 because she did a nice job. When I made the appointment, I told them my dinner seating was at 8:00 pm. They suggested I make my appointment for 6:00 pm, so I would have plenty of time to relax, do my makeup and dress for formal night. If I remember correctly, it was about $65.00-$85.00 for an updo, depending on your hair length. I've had updos at beauty salons at home and have never had one take 3 hours. Maybe an hour at most. Hope this helps. You could always call Carnival directly and ask them. I've called for many different things that I thought were silly but they always helped me. Happy cruisin'

My daughter has very long hair and it takes approximately 2 hrs for an up-do.

Go to the salon as soon as you get on board, ask a stylist approx how long it would take and book your appointment right then, they go fast.
