Default Regular dinner attire

For the non-formal nights, are sleeveless shirts appropriate for women for dinner? I am not talking about tight tank tops, but like sleeveless button-up or wrap shirts? I would be wearing them with capris and skirts? First time cruising so no way to compare from before.

Thanks

Yes they are acceptable. Think of what you can wear to work in a business setting and you are fine.

You might want to take a light sweater in case the air conditioning makes the room too cool. I haven't had any problems in the dining room but find the showrooms to be quite frigid.

Last cruise the showroom was absolutely freezing so this crusie ( 2/06) I am bringing a white sweater and a black sweater will go with anything and keep me comfortable..

After my first cruise I bought several dressy sweaters and wraps because I FROZE in both the dining room and the theatre! Great excuse for some new clothes....

I also wear sleeveless nice shirts to dinner. I always dress nicely and neatly and there is nothing wrong with that for a summer cruise.

But the lounges/public rooms can get chilly, I always make sure I bring something to use because I always find it cold in the lounges during the evening.
